How To Use Mermade Style Wand Set:
Step 1. Start with clean, dry, tangle-free hair. Place the wand with your chosen attachment onto the heat mat to protect your surfaces.
Step 2. Hold the power button to turn the tool on or off. Tap the power button to adjust the temperature. The lights will flash as it heats to your selected setting. For healthier styling, we recommend 180°C / 360°F.
Step 3. Section your hair using Grip Clips. Smaller sections will create more defined curls or waves. Spray each section generously with a heat protectant like Mermade Mist. Be cautious not to touch the scalp. Hold the tool for 2–5 seconds depending on your hair type and desired result.
Step 4.
- Curling Tongs: Wrap hair around the barrel using the heat-resistant glove to protect your hand.
- Waver: Clamp each section, then re-clamp in each wave bend as you move down the hair.
Step 5. Allow curls or waves to fully cool before touching so they can set. For a relaxed, beachy finish, gently brush them out. Finish with Mermade Mist for shine or a flexible working spray for extra hold.
Step 6. Hold the power button to turn off. The device will auto shut-off after 60 minutes. Allow the tool to cool completely before storing, and always wipe down after use to prevent product build-up.
Care:
Wipe down with a damp cloth whenever there is product build-up. Make sure tool is unplugged and completely cooled.
Safety:
- Allow all heat tools to cool down before stowing away.
- Heated appliances should only be rested on heat proof surfaces.
- Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
