How To Apply Lamellar Vitality Shampoo:
Apply a reasonable amount to towel-dried hair and comb through evenly. Leave for 4–8 minutes to allow the formula to fully penetrate, then rinse thoroughly. Use twice a week initially, then reduce to once a week as hair condition improves.
